- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes(optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise and place both halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- 3
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
- 4
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut surfaces of both bread halves, reaching all the way to the edges.
- 5
In a separate bowl, toss the mozzarella, parmesan, and cheddar cheeses together to mix.
- 6
Generously top the buttered bread with the mixed cheeses and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
- 7
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 8
Turn the broiler on for the last 1-2 minutes to achieve golden-brown spots on the cheese, then slice and serve immediately.
