1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and cooking preferences (allergies, dietary restrictions, cuisine preferences, serving size). When you use the pantry scanner, images are processed by Google Gemini AI to identify food items — we do not store the images after processing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to personalize recipe recommendations, generate meal plans, and create grocery lists. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Google Gemini AI for recipe generation and pantry analysis. We use Instacart Connect for grocery delivery. When you check out via Instacart, you are redirected to their platform and their privacy policy applies.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our systems.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
