Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 24 ounces Marinara sauce
- 15 ounces Ricotta cheese
- 1 large Egg
- 9 sheets No-boil lasagna noodles
- 3 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 pinch Salt and black pepper(optional)

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.

Stir the marinara sauce into the beef and simmer for 5 minutes, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, egg, dried parsley, and half of the Parmesan cheese.

Spread 1 cup of the meat sauce on the bottom of the baking dish, then top with 3 lasagna noodles.

Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by 1 cup of mozzarella and another layer of meat sauce.

Repeat the layers (noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, sauce) and finish with a final layer of noodles topped with remaining sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
