Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 6 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 large Bell pepper, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Instructions

    In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, and cornstarch to create the sauce.

    Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
