- 1 lb Flank Steak
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 4 pieces Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp Shawarma Spice Blend (Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric)
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Tahini Sauce(optional)
- 4 loaves Pita Bread
- 2 cups Cucumber and Tomato Salad
- 1/2 cup Pickled Turnips(optional)

Thinly slice the chicken breast and flank steak into 2-inch long strips.

In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and the shawarma spice blend.

Divide the marinade into two separate containers; add chicken to one and beef to the other, coating thoroughly.

Marinate the meats in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.

Heat a large cast-iron grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.

Sear the beef strips first for 3-4 minutes until charred and cooked through, then remove and repeat with the chicken.
