- 8 oz Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup Green peas
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Neutral oil (e.g., canola or vegetable)
- 1 tsp Sesame oil(optional)
- 2 tbsp Green onions, sliced(optional)
Instructions

- 4
Garlic and rice (about 6 minutes): Add garlic and stir 30–45 seconds until fragrant. Add cooked rice and break up any clumps. Stir-fry until hot and lightly toasted, about 3–4 minutes.
- 5
Season and finish (about 2 minutes): Return shrimp to the wok. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce and toss until evenly coated and the shrimp are reheated, about 1–2 minutes. Turn off heat and finish with sesame oil and green onions if using. Serve immediately.
