Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh Coriander Leaves (Cilantro)
- 1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
- 3 pieces Green Chilies
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 0.5 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Salt (Kala Namak)
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Sugar(optional)
- 2 tablespoons Water

Thoroughly wash the coriander and mint leaves in cold water to remove any grit or dirt.

Roughly chop the green chilies and peel the ginger before slicing it into small pieces.

Place the coriander leaves, mint leaves, chilies, and ginger into a high-speed blender jar.

Add the roasted cumin powder, black salt, regular salt, and sugar to the mixture.

Pour in the fresh lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of water to help with the blending process.

Pulse the blender until the ingredients are broken down, then blend until a smooth, vibrant green paste forms.

Check the consistency; if it is too thick, add one more tablespoon of water and blend for 5 seconds.

Transfer the chutney to a glass bowl and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
