Ingredients

  • 400 grams Paneer
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
  • 2 medium Bell Peppers (Mixed colors)
  • 1 large Red Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. 1

In a large bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt until smooth. Add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, lemon juice, and mustard oil. Mix well.

  2. 2

Cut paneer, bell peppers, and onions into 1-inch cubes.

  3. 3

Add the paneer and vegetables to the marinade. Toss gently to coat every piece thoroughly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  4. 4

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.

  5. 5

Thread the paneer and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between them.

  6. 6

Grill or bake for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until the edges are slightly charred and the paneer is soft.

  7. 7

Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
