- 3 large Zucchini
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cups Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 0.25 cups Fresh basil(optional)

Slice the zucchini lengthwise into 1/4 inch thick planks.

Brush zucchini slices with olive oil and roast on a baking sheet for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.
