Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Pasta
  • 1/3 cup Pickles (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Celery (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

    Cook pasta until just al dente. Drain and rinse quickly under cool water to stop cooking.

    Make garlic oil: heat cooking oil, sauté garlic until fragrant (do not burn). Turn off heat.

    Dress: in a bowl, whisk vinegar and soy sauce with salt and pepper. Add pickles, celery, and onion.

    Combine: toss pasta with the dressing and garlic oil. Rest 10 minutes so flavors soak.
