Ingredients
- 300 g Pork shoulder, thinly sliced
- 2 pieces French baguette
- 0.5 cup Pickled daikon and carrots
- 1 bunch Fresh cilantro
- 0.5 whole Cucumber, sliced
- 1 whole Jalapeno, sliced(optional)
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Fish sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and minced garlic. Marinate the pork slices for at least 20 minutes.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the pork until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Slice the baguettes lengthwise and toast them until the outside is crispy.

Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the bread.

Layer the cooked pork, cucumber slices, pickled vegetables, jalapenos, and cilantro into the baguette.
