Ingredients

  • 300 g boneless pork shoulder or pork butt
  • 1 tbsp lemongrass paste
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil (or sesame oil)
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro(optional)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint(optional)
  • 1 each lime wedges(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Prep (15 minutes): Slice pork into thin bite-size pieces. Mince garlic and grate ginger. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar; stir in lemongrass paste.
