Ingredients

  • 0.5 loaf Baguette
  • 3 medium Roma tomatoes

  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic glaze(optional)
  • 1 pinch Salt and black pepper

Lightly brush the bread slices with a touch of olive oil and toast in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.

  4. 4

Top each toasted bread slice with a generous spoonful of the tomato mixture and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired. Serve immediately.
