Ingredients

  • 200 g Chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp Tandoori spice mix
  • 2 tbsp Plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 100 g Tortilla chips
  • 5 g Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro(optional)
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1

In a bowl, combine the tandoori spice, yogurt, lime juice, and salt; add the chicken strips and toss to coat. Let marinate while you preheat a skillet (about 5 minutes).

  2. 2

Heat olive oil in a non‑stick skillet over medium‑high heat and cook the marinated chicken for 6‑7 minutes, turning once, until fully cooked and slightly charred; set aside.

  3. 3

While the chicken cooks, spread tortilla chips on a serving plate.

  4. 4

Top the chips with the cooked chicken strips, then drizzle with any remaining yogurt‑tandoori mixture.

  5. 5

Finely chop mint and cilantro; sprinkle over the nachos for freshness.

  6. 6

    Serve immediately.
