Ingredients

  • 200 g Snake meat, thinly sliced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha or chili paste
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch(optional)
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat (about 1 minute).

  2. 2

Add the minced garlic and stir‑fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. 3

Add the snake strips and stir‑fry for 3‑4 minutes until they turn opaque and start to brown.

  4. 4

Add the sliced red and green bell peppers and continue stir‑frying for another 2 minutes, keeping the vegetables crisp‑tender.

  5. 5

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, and cornstarch (if using) until smooth; pour the glaze over the meat and vegetables, tossing to coat evenly. Cook for 1‑2 more minutes until the sauce thickens.

  6. 6

Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired, and serve immediately.
