- 0.5 cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 15 oz Crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger, minced
- 4 pieces Garlic cloves, minced
- 3 pieces Bird's eye chilies, slit
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro(optional)

Marinate the chicken in yogurt, 1 tablespoon of garam masala, and half the cayenne pepper for at least 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken until browned on all sides, then remove and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté the garlic, ginger, and slit chilies until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Stir in the crushed tomatoes, remaining garam masala, and remaining cayenne pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.

Slowly pour in the heavy cream while stirring constantly to create a smooth, orange sauce.

Add the seared chicken back into the pan and simmer for another 10 minutes until the sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
