  • 12 ounces Chow mein noodles
  • 1 pound Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups Bok choy, chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Instructions

    Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to create the stir-fry sauce.

    Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.

    Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes, then remove from the pan.
