- 2 1/4 teaspoons Instant yeast
- 1 cup Warm water (110°F)
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano(optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder(optional)

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and stir until a soft dough forms.

Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 3 to 5 minutes until smooth.

Pat or roll the dough out immediately into a 12-inch circle and place it on the prepared pan.
