  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano(optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder(optional)

    Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet.

    In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
