Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 4 pieces Taco shells (hard)
  • 3 tablespoons Plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Tikka masala paste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 1 whole Lime
  • to taste Salt(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Cut the paneer into 1‑inch cubes and toss with yogurt, tikka masala paste, olive oil, and a pinch of salt; let it marinate while you preheat a skillet over medium heat (about 5 minutes).

  2. 2

Cook the marinated paneer in the hot skillet for 6‑8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the edges are golden and the sauce thickens.

  3. 3

While the paneer cooks, warm the taco shells in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 3‑4 minutes until crisp.

  4. 4

Assemble each taco shell by spooning the cooked paneer tikka masala into the shell, then garnish with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

  5. 5

    Serve immediately and enjoy!
