  • 300 g Spinach (palak), fresh
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato, finely chopped
  • 1.5 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste

  • 0.25 cup Water

Instructions

  1. 1

Prep (15 minutes): Blanch spinach in boiling water for 1 minute, drain, and blend into a smooth puree. Cube the paneer and chop onion and tomato.

  2. 2
