- 500 grams Ground pork (with 20% fat)
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
- 1.5 tablespoons Sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 package Rice paper wrappers
- 1 bunch Fresh mint and cilantro
- 1 cup Pickled carrots and daikon
- 1 cup Cucumber sticks
- 200 grams Rice vermicelli noodles
- 1 cup Peanut dipping sauce

Mix the ground pork with baking powder, fish sauce, garlic, sugar, and pepper; knead vigorously for 10 minutes until the paste is elastic.

Let the pork mixture marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Form the pork paste into long sausages or small patties around lemongrass stalks or bamboo skewers.

Grill the pork over medium heat or in an oven at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes until charred and cooked through.

Dip a sheet of rice paper quickly in warm water to soften and lay it flat on a plate.

Place a piece of grilled pork, a small handful of vermicelli, cucumber, pickled vegetables, and fresh herbs onto the lower third of the paper.

Fold the sides of the rice paper inward and roll tightly from the bottom up.
