Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Black pepper(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Pat the salmon fillets dry, then season lightly with black pepper.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and olive oil to create the glaze.

  3. 3

Heat a non‑stick skillet over medium‑high heat; add a thin drizzle of olive oil and sear the salmon, skin side down, for 4‑5 minutes until crisp.

  4. 4

Flip the salmon, brush generously with the soy‑honey glaze, and cook another 3‑4 minutes, basting once more halfway through.

  5. 5

Remove the salmon from the pan, drizzle any remaining glaze over the fillets, and top with chopped olives and fresh parsley before serving.
