Ingredients
- 2 cups Sweet corn kernels
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 1/4 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Black salt (Kala Namak)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 pinch Salt(optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper(optional)

Boil 4 cups of water in a deep pot and add the sweet corn kernels.

Cook the corn for 5-7 minutes until they are tender and plump, then drain the water completely.

Transfer the hot, steamed corn into a large mixing bowl.

Add the butter immediately to the hot corn and stir until it is completely melted and coats the kernels.

Add the red chili powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, and black salt to the bowl.

Squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the mixture and toss everything thoroughly to combine.

Taste and add a pinch of regular salt or black pepper if needed.

Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and serve warm in small cups.
