Ingredients

  • 300 g Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
  • 3 Tbsp Plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Tandoori spice blend
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable oil(optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt(optional)
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)(optional)

Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine gochujang, yogurt, tandoori spice, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, oil (if using), and salt; whisk until smooth.

    Add the sliced beef to the marinade, toss to coat evenly, and let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes while you prepare the grill or pan.

    Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill over high heat; lightly oil the surface.

    Spread the marinated beef in a single layer and grill for 3‑4 minutes per side, or until nicely charred and caramelized, stirring once halfway through.

    Remove from heat, let rest for 2 minutes, then transfer to a serving plate and garnish with chopped cilantro.
