  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (low‑sodium)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium‑high heat (about 2 minutes).

  5. 5

Remove from heat, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions, and serve immediately.
