  • 3 tbsp tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp tbsp fresh ginger
  • 3 cloves clove garlic
  • 4 heads baby whole bok choy
  • 1.5 cups cup cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp tbsp vegetable oil

Push salmon aside, add remaining oil and garlic, and stir-fry halved bok choy 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.

  4. 4

Pour the glaze into the pan and simmer 1-2 minutes, spooning over the salmon until glossy and thickened.

  5. 5

Serve salmon and bok choy over steamed rice, drizzled with pan sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
