Ingredients

  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 200 g Noodles (lo mein or wheat noodles)
  • 3 cups Vegetables (broccoli florets and sliced bell pepper)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Broth (chicken or vegetable)
  • 1 tbsp Neutral oil (or sesame oil)
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil (optional)(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook noodles according to package directions until just tender; drain and set aside (about 8–10 minutes depending on noodle type).

  2. 2

While noodles cook, mince garlic and grate ginger. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, then sauté garlic and ginger for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.

  3. 3

Add the vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 4–6 minutes.

  4. 4

Add drained noodles, soy sauce, and broth. Toss and stir until everything is evenly coated and heated through, about 3–5 minutes. Drizzle with sesame oil if using, then serve.
