- 16 oz Extra firm tofu
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger, grated
- 3 pieces Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 stalks Green onions, sliced(optional)
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds(optional)
Instructions

Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut into 1-inch cubes.

Toss the tofu cubes in a bowl with cornstarch until every side is evenly coated.

Heat vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry the tofu in a single layer until golden and crispy on all sides, about 10 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.

Remove the tofu from the pan and drain excess oil, leaving about a teaspoon.

Pour the sauce into the pan and simmer for 1-2 minutes until it begins to thicken into a glaze.
