Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken wings
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Rice vinegar(optional)
  • 2 Sliced green onions(optional)
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels and toss with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.

  2. 2

Arrange wings in a single layer on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.

  3. 3

While wings bake, combine soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, and rice vinegar in a small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

  4. 4

Transfer baked wings to a large bowl, pour the garlic ginger glaze over, and toss until evenly coated.

  5. 5

Return wings to the oven for 5 minutes to caramelize the glaze, then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
