- 60 ml Tamari soy sauce (gluten‑free)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh ginger, grated
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Erythritol (sugar substitute)

- 1 teaspoon Chinese five‑spice powder
- 2 stalks Green onions, sliced (for garnish)(optional)
Instructions

2. Pat the pork shoulder dry, place it in a large resealable bag or shallow dish, and pour the glaze over it, ensuring the meat is fully coated. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes while you preheat the oven to 150 °C (300 °F).
