- 1/2 cup Pizza sauce
- 2 cups Low-moisture shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz Sliced pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese(optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cornmeal
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 pinch Red pepper flakes(optional)

Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside for at least 30 minutes.

On a lightly floured surface, stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle, keeping the edges slightly thicker for the crust.

Dust a pizza peel or a second inverted baking sheet with cornmeal and transfer the stretched dough onto it.

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then layer the pepperoni slices on top.

Brush the outer crust with olive oil and sprinkle the oregano and garlic powder over the entire pizza.
