- 2 large Chicken Breasts
- 0.5 cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce
- 1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 0.25 cup Olive Oil
- 1 handful Fresh Basil(optional)

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise to create four thin cutlets.

Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mix of breadcrumbs and half the parmesan.

Dredge each chicken cutlet in flour, dip in egg, and coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.

Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over the chicken, then top with mozzarella and the remaining parmesan.
