  • 1.5 cups Chicken Broth
  • 200 g Ground Pork
  • 1 piece Century Egg
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine

    Whisk eggs and broth; strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a heatproof bowl.
