Ingredients

  • 1 lb Green Beans
  • 0.25 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 tsp Sichuan Peppercorns
  • 6 whole Dried Red Chilies
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 3 tbsp Avocado Oil

Instructions

    Heat oil in a wok until shimmering; fry green beans in batches until skin is puckered and brown.

    Remove beans and drain. In the same wok, fry ground pork until crispy.

    Add toasted Sichuan peppercorns, ginger, and dried chilies.

    Return beans to the wok and toss rapidly on high heat to coat with the aromatics.
