Ingredients

  • 160 g Ground chicken
  • 4 leaves Green cabbage leaves
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Five-spice powder
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instructions

    Blanch cabbage leaves in hot water 1–2 minutes until pliable; drain.

    Heat oil in a pan over medium-high. Add minced garlic and ginger; stir 30 seconds.
