Ingredients

  • 200 g fettuccine pasta
  • 150 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp tikka masala spice blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 30 g parmesan cheese, grated
  • to taste salt(optional)
  • to taste black pepper(optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package directions (about 8‑10 minutes); drain and set aside.

  2. 2

While the pasta cooks, cut the chicken breast into bite‑size pieces, toss with tikka masala spice and a pinch of salt.

  3. 3

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium‑high heat, add the chicken and sear until charred and cooked through, about 6‑7 minutes; remove and keep warm.

  4. 4

In the same skillet reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic and sauté 30 seconds, then stir in the Greek yogurt and grated parmesan, cooking gently until the sauce thickens, about 3‑4 minutes; season with pepper and additional salt if needed.

  5. 5

Combine the cooked fettuccine with the yogurt‑Alfredo sauce, toss in the charred chicken pieces, and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
