Ingredients

  • 200 g Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch(optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Instructions

    Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat (about 2 minutes).

    Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir‑fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Add the sliced chicken and stir‑fry for 3‑4 minutes until just cooked through; remove and set aside.

    Add the bell pepper and broccoli to the pan and stir‑fry for 2‑3 minutes until crisp‑tender.

    While the vegetables cook, whisk together soy sauce, water, and optional cornstarch in a small bowl.

    Return the chicken to the pan, pour the sauce over everything, and toss to coat; cook an additional 1‑2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
