Ingredients
- 1 pound Penne pasta
- 3 cups Cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 24 ounces Marinara sauce
- 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped(optional)

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Boil the penne pasta in salted water until it is slightly undercooked (al dente), then drain.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cubed chicken, and marinara sauce until well coated.

Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the parmesan cheese into the pasta mixture.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.

In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, melted butter, oregano, and garlic powder together.

Top the casserole with the remaining mozzarella, parmesan, and the seasoned breadcrumb mixture.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
