  • 6 pieces Mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Marinara sauce(optional)

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. 3

Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle and cut into 12 equal strips.

  4. 4

Place a piece of mozzarella in the center of each dough strip, then fold the dough over and tie into a knot, tucking the ends under.

Serve warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
