- 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce (sugar‑free)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, grated
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
- 12 large leaves Romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions

1. In a bowl combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, rice vinegar, lime juice, and olive oil; whisk to create the char siu marinade.

4. Remove the pork, let it rest 5 minutes, then shred with two forks and toss with any pan juices and sliced green onions.

5. To serve, spoon the shredded char siu pork into individual lettuce leaves, drizzle with any remaining pan juices, and enjoy immediately.
