Ingredients

  • 160 g Pasta (short, e.g., rotini or penne)
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 120 g Fresh mozzarella
  • 10 g Fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp Salt(optional)
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente, about 8–10 minutes, then drain and rinse briefly with cool water to cool quickly.

  2. 2

While the pasta cooks, halve the cherry tomatoes, tear the basil leaves, and cut the fresh mozzarella into bite-size pieces.

  3. 3

In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then toss gently to coat.

  4. 4

Taste and adjust with salt and black pepper if needed. Serve immediately or chill for up to 1 hour.
