  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 0.33 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Beef broth

    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch to create the sauce.

    Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
