Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup Basil pesto
  • 1.5 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 pieces Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 leaves Fresh basil leaves(optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
