- 1 cup Whole milk
- 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
- 0.5 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Queijo Minas or Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 units Large eggs
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder(optional)

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small saucepan, combine the milk, water, oil, and salt, bringing the mixture to a boil over medium heat.

Place the tapioca flour in a large heat-proof bowl and carefully pour the boiling liquid over it.

Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon until a dough forms; let it cool for about 5 to 10 minutes until safe to touch.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly into the dough until fully incorporated and sticky.

With oiled hands, scoop small portions of dough and roll them into balls about 1.5 inches in diameter.
