Ingredients
- 200 grams Frozen açaí berry pulp (unsweetened)
- 1 cup Frozen banana slices
- 2 tablespoons Guarana syrup or honey
- 0.25 cup Apple juice or coconut water
- 0.5 cup Crispy oat granola
- 0.5 cup Fresh sliced strawberries
- 0.5 unit Fresh banana slices (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon Shredded coconut(optional)
- 1 teaspoon Chia seeds(optional)
- 0.25 cup Blueberries(optional)
Instructions
- 1
Slightly thaw the frozen açaí packs under warm water for 30 seconds to make them easier to break apart.
- 2
Break the açaí pulp into chunks and place them into a high-powered blender.
- 3
Add the frozen banana slices and the guarana syrup (or honey) to the blender.
- 4
Pour in a small amount of apple juice or coconut water to help the blades move, but keep it minimal for a thick consistency.
- 5
Pulse and blend on high, using a tamper if necessary, until the mixture is smooth and has the texture of thick soft-serve sorbet.
- 6
Pour the blended açaí into a chilled bowl immediately.
- 7
Arrange the granola in a neat row or circle on top of the açaí base.
- 8
Top with the fresh strawberries, sliced bananas, blueberries, and a sprinkle of coconut and chia seeds.
