- 1 cup Thick Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 2 tablespoons Mango Pickle Masala (Achar Masala)
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
- 2 tablespoons Dry Roasted Gram Flour (Besan)
- 2 tablespoons Mustard Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi)
- 2 cups Bell Peppers and Onions, cubed
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the thick yogurt until smooth.

Add the ginger-garlic paste, mango pickle masala, red chili powder, roasted gram flour, salt, and lemon juice to the yogurt.

Heat the mustard oil until it reaches smoking point, let it cool slightly, then whisk it into the marinade for an authentic smoky flavor.

Gently fold in the paneer cubes, bell peppers, and onions until every piece is thoroughly coated in the marinade.
