  • 2 pieces garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (low‑sodium)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated(optional)
  • 1 stalk green onions, sliced for garnish(optional)

Instructions
