Ingredients

  • 12 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional, chopped)(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Prep (5 minutes): Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Mince the garlic. Grate the Parmesan if needed.

  2. 2

Cook (10 minutes): Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear, stirring occasionally, until cooked through and lightly browned, about 8–10 minutes.

  3. 3

Finish: Reduce heat to low. Add butter and garlic to the skillet and stir for 30–60 seconds until fragrant. Add Parmesan and toss until the chicken is evenly coated and glossy. If needed, add a splash of water to loosen the sauce.

  4. 4

Serve: Top with parsley (optional) and serve immediately.
