  • 120 g chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp brown sugar(optional)
  • 1 tsp neutral oil
  • 3 small rice paper wrappers
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1/4 cup cucumber (thin strips)
  • 1 tbsp mint or basil(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Slice chicken thin. Mix fish sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and brown sugar (if using).

  5. 5

Repeat with remaining wrappers and serve immediately.
