Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Rice paper sheets
  • 1/2 cup Cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup Pitted black olives
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro leaves(optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions

Fill a shallow dish with warm water and briefly soak each rice paper sheet (about 10 seconds) until pliable; lay flat on a clean surface.

  2. 2

Place a line of cooked quinoa, sliced cucumber, chopped olives, and optional cilantro in the center of each sheet, then roll tightly, folding the sides inward like a burrito.

  3. 3

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and sesame oil to create the chili‑soy dressing.

  4. 4

Slice each roll in half diagonally and drizzle with the dressing just before serving.
